Lunch Today

Well, I did good for lunch today. I had a small salad and a granola bar. So far so good.

  3. Uhm... I do hope you don't deprive yourself too much. I've had this problem since having my tummy tuck operation before, depriving myself then eating binges after!

  4. It is also a good idea to keep track of everything you eat when you want to loose weight. Just make sure that you count all the calories.
